For best results we recommend the following treatment plan with your Detox Hot Spring Spa:
1. Soak daily for the first four days,
2. Rest on the 5th day,
3. soak every second day for the remaining 9 days.

The Balneotherapy in a Jar Detox is perfect for people with busy lifestyles or for those without a bath. With a combination of soaking your feet and enjoying an exfoliating scrub in the shower this program will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

For best results we recommend the following treatment plan:
1. For optimal detoxification, gently massage GLOW exfoliating mask into the skin under your arms, around your chest and stomach, as well as your calves. These are the areas with the largest number of lymph nodes. Leave the mask for 5-10 minutes before wiping off with a soft washer under a shower. Repeat this ritual on days 1-5, 8, 11 and 14.
2. Foot soaks are an ancient art of detoxifying the body, due to the numerous lymph nodes located in that area of the body. In this program, it is best to soak after using the exfoliating mask. Soak feet on days 1-6, 8, 10, 12 and 14.
