This plan is ideal for those that lead busy lifestyles and need regular detoxification.
For optimal results, the recommended plan is:
1. Soaking every four days balance between rejuvenating DETOX and replenishing RECOVERY. The plan includes 6 DETOX soaks and 4 RECOVERY soaks. Starting on day 1.
2. Foot soaks every third day. Starting on day 3
3. Massage and Body masks – use GLOW Exfoliating Scrub every third day, starting on day 3.
4. Face mask – FACE Exfoliating Scrub every third day, starting on day 2.
ACTIVE LIFESTYLE
This plan is ideal for those that lead active lifestyles and need regular replenishing.
For optimal results, the recommended plan is:
